Journey to Survey Innovation
Our journey from inception to becoming an innovator in adaptable survey solutions came from our dedication to continuous improvement and total customer focus.
Our Story
After over two decades in talent management spanning Asia-Pacific, Simon envisioned a more customizable solution for assessment and survey tools than what was accessible in the market. This vision came to fruition through a collaboration with old friend Professor Giles Hirst during a surf trip in Indonesia.
With some significant successes after the initial launch, client feedback still highlighted the demand for even greater flexibility. This led to a significant overhaul and the rebirth of the platform as Surveya. Dave joined in 2018 to spearhead technology development, ensuring the latest in flexibility and customization for our users.
The arrival of Dave has transformed our platform, most recently introducing advanced AI into our user-friendly survey builder. Focused on delivering solutions that resonate with our clients' goals, we continue to redefine the landscape of organizational surveys.
